RETURN POLICY

  • There is a 15% service fee on all website orders that are “CANCELED” prior to product shipment.
  • APEX ARMS INC offers a 30-day return policy (Excludes Firearms, Lower Receivers, Uppers and Upper Kits, Damaged or Used BCGs {Bolt Carrier Group}, or any Firearm, Stock or Brace Accessories). If you are not satisfied with your direct purchase, simply return it for a refund. You will need to email info@apex-arms.com to obtain an approval and RMA number prior to returning. You must complete the RMA form and include it with your shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. 
  • Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging & return shipped in a protective box.
  • Refunds for items purchased directly from APEX ARMS INC will be returned to the original purchase method.
  • Refunds for items purchased through our Financing Partner or other special programs, will be credited to those partners who will refund customers directly (processing times may vary).
  • Please provide a copy of the receipt or sales order number to expedite the process.
  • The customer will receive a refund within 15 business days of our receiving your return.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

 If the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, but is faulty, unfit for purpose, or does not match the sample or description please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice. Where the product is determined faulty or unfit for purpose we will provide you with a refund or exchange.

PRODUCT THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN USED OR MISSING PARTS

  • All returns must be returned in unused condition and packaging as purchased, and include all of the original accessories (i.e. installation tools, screws, manuals etc.)
  • If the packaging is damaged or missing, the product will no longer be eligible for return.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items/parts in transit (or upon arrival) must be received within three days of receipt. If no notification is received within three days, a refund/exchange will not be issued.
  • Any return that is in used or damaged condition (*unless the product is defective) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
  • Modifications of any kind to the product will render it ineligible for return and void all manufacturer warranty.
  • The product will be considered used if:
    • Has been installed or mounted on a firearm or other devices
    • Has signs of cosmetic wear. (i.e. installation marks, blemishes, scratches or dents)
    • Has been physically altered or damaged

Examples of a defective product

  • A muzzle brake blew off from the barrel when firing (under normal use)
  • A 0.250" size pin has an outer diameter greater than 0.250"

Due to the abundance of aftermarket parts introduced every year by hundreds of manufacturers, it is impossible for us to guarantee a product that will work or fit perfectly with another product. Please also note that firearms part's tolerance or color is different from manufacturer to manufacturer. Therefore, how well the product fits or matches with other parts is not guaranteed.

*Defective product is a product that is unfit for its intended use or dangerous/harmful for normal use.

PRODUCT DAMAGED DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION:

  • Our return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation. Installation of firearm parts is recommended done by a certified gunsmith.

PRODUCT THAT PASSED THE RETURN PERIOD

  • If a product is outside the given return time frame, it can no longer be returned. 
  • Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
